Refund policy

We truly hope that you love your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition, unused  and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we made an error.

We cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available. If you have returned the goods to us before such notification, we will organise the goods to be returned back to you within 28 days of receipt.


STEP 1. – Contacting us

Please email with the subject line “Request for Refund”. Include your name, order number and detailed reasons for your return or exchange. We will aim to reply within the next business day. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

STEP 2. – Returning the goods

It is strongly recommended to wait for us to agree with you on a return or exchange before returning the goods. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly packaged and travels by means suitable to transport flammable goods. If using Australia Post, request the parcel to be transported by road only. Please include your order confirmation in the parcel so we can identify your return.

STEP 3. – Processing the Return

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. For exchanges, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email.
